The H.E.L.P. Emergency Medical Training Academy has provided pre-hospital care training for over ten years. The H.E.L.P. Emergency Medical Training Academy has a proven track record with both the Department of Labour (DOL) and the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Since 1996, the H.E.L.P. Academy has had the pleasure and opportunity to train over 3500 First Aiders and Basic Ambulance Assistants (BAA). Due in large part to our recognition with the Department of Labour, we are proud to report that our First Aiders have proven their worth in many South African industrial sectors. We are also proud to report that our BAA’s have always demonstrated their level of expertise and training in National examinations by placing the Academy always within the top three schools in South Africa.
The H.E.L.P. Emergency Medical Training Academy also offers continuing education courses for the Paramedical community on a national basis. Our affiliations within the national and international markets link us to the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa, as well as to the American Heart Association.
