The H.E.L.P. Emergency Medical Training Academy and its CPR and First Aid Programmes offered therein are recognised by the Department of Labour, the Health Professions Council of South Africa, the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa and the American Heart Association respectively. All Paramedical programmes are recognised by the Department of Health and the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). The H.E.L.P. Emergency Medical Training Academy is an accredited centre for the presentation of the Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course and the Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course, and is also awaiting accreditation with the Health and Welfare SETA (HWSETA).
